Stop having any drinks with caffeine as a new study has found that 200mg of caffeine a day double the risk of miscarriage.
Drinks like coffee, tea, fizzy colas and hot chocolate present risk for pregnant women and shoudl be totally avoided, according to a study published in the online edition of the American Journal of Obstertrics and Gynaecology.

The study looked at 1063 pregnant women from October 1996 thru October 1998 and examined the caffeine effect among women who never changed their pattern of caffeine consumption during their pregnancy.
Women who consumed 200mg or more of caffeine per day ( two or more cups of regular coffee or five 12-Ounce cans of caffeinated fizzy colas) had twice the miscarriage risk as women who consumed no caffeine.
For women who drank more than 200 mg of caffeine per day, the risk increased from 15 percent to 25 percent.
